Cast Iron Ball Mould
Steel ball mould also called becast grinding ball metal mold and this kind of mold is used to produce grinding media balls from diameter 40mm to 150mm. The mold is made by top mold, bottom mold and pattern. Usually one worker can handle about 20 pair mold with one piece pattern. The material of steel ball mould is HT250. It is cast iron, which can bear with high temperature molten liquid. In normal operation, the mold can be used about 4000 times.
